Automated Logic Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager
with experience in the building controls industry to join our team.
Duties
Summary:
Manage mission critical control & monitoring system projects.
- Manage multiple or single large mission critical projects.
- Plan, organize, and carry out overall assigned project responsibilities
within established time parameters and maintain direct cost within
budget.
- Accurately forecast revenue and sustain positive cash flow throughout
project.
- Develop and maintain a cooperative working relationship with members of
the company team of engineers and technicians, the client, and
consulting engineers.
- Coordinate material ordering with engineer and purchasing department.
- Review contracts and award subcontracts.
- Project accounting and AIA subcontract documentation.
- Establish checkout and test procedures, including third-party
commissioning.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS degree with 10+ years applicable
experience
- MA/MS degree with 5+ years applicable experience
Preferred Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Engineering with a minimum of
ten years project management experience in the building controls
industry, including a minimum of three years project management
experience in mission critical projects.
Skills:
- Proven track record of completing projects on schedule and within
budget while achieving full customer satisfaction.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, organizational skills,
and negotiating skills.
