Description
WaterFurnace International, the most respected name in Geothermal Heat Pumps, is looking for a detail- oriented, dedicated Field Trainer to join our team, reporting to the Director of Training.
Join us, and grow! If you have a background in HVAC and are good at teaching groups of people, you may be an ideal match for this rewarding role! As a WaterFurnace Field Trainer, you will provide classroom training on our geothermal products and loop installation best practices to Dealers throughout the United States. Your air travel, meals, and overnight lodging will be paid by WaterFurnace, You will be equipped with the best training media and presentation technology available in the industry.
- Provide field training on all current WFI products, and possess a working knowledge of legacy products.
- Conduct one-day to four-day training classes on equipment and loop installation.
- Provide accurate record-keeping of training data.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- HVAC service background.
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office PowerPoint software.
- Ability to deliver training presentations to small and large groups of people.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to change priorities quickly.
- Ability to travel on short notice, particularly during the Winter, Spring and Fall seasons.
The successful candidate will be provided with extensive train-the-trainer instruction, mentoring from our experienced staff of Field Trainers, and "go-live" practice opportunities prior to "flying solo."
This job is home-based, so relocation will not be necessary. WaterFurnace provides competitive pay, bonus, and an excellent benefits package.
